The gentle exercise that will give you big results

Are you dealing with chronic pain, stiffness, or poor posture? If so,  exercise may be just the solution you’re looking for.

This gentle, low-impact movement method is practised on a mat or a chair and uses fluid, circular movements and rhythmic breathing to help improve flexibility, strength, and overall well-being.

By working with the body’s natural movements, exercise can help relieve your pain and tension while improving your range of motion and coordination.

If you’re looking for a way to move with greater ease and grace, exercise may be the perfect solution for you

Our “feel-the-difference” promise

We’re confident you’ll feel an improvement within a single fitness class.

So, if you don’t feel a difference, let us know before you leave your first workout, and we’ll refund 100% of your money. How can we say fairer than that?

So, you’ve nothing to lose (and so much to gain!)

You may be wondering…

Who can benefit from exercise?

exercise can benefit all levels of fitness, whether you want to improve your fitness level or would just simply like to move more freely. For fitness enthusiasts, the method reduces the risk of injury.

Are there any contra-indications?

The method is suitable for all ages, abilities and levels of fitness. However, you may be advised to consult your doctor after recent surgeries, acute injuries or some neurological conditions.

Is exercise similar to Yoga?

While both focus on mindful movement and breath work, yoga emphasizes static poses whilst gyrokinesis emphasizes fluid, circular movements that is gentle on the body.

What should I wear to a class?

Dress to feel comfortable. T shirt and leggings/shorts will work well. For hygiene reasons we do recommend that you wear socks.

How many sessions does it take to start feeling a difference?

The change starts right away so we expect you to start feel better after just a single session. It goes without saying that the more you practice, the more you’ll achieve.

What’s the difference between exercise and exercise?

Whereas exercise is practised with equipment, the method is practised on a mat and chair without equipment – which means it can be easily practiced at home by taking virtual classes with a licensed Trainer.
