Our “feel-the-difference” promise

We’re confident you’ll feel an improvement within a single fitness class.

So, you’ve nothing to lose (and so much to gain!)

You may be wondering…

What is exercise?

exercise is a unique system that incorporates movement principles from yoga, dance, gymnastics, swimming and t’ai chi.

What’s the difference between and pilates exercises?

exercise is dynamic and incorporates rotational motion. Pilates, on the other hand, is more static and concentrates on control of the muscles. Overall, the method is a more versatile and dynamic form of exercise that can help you reach your fitness goals faster than traditional pilates.

What should I wear to a session?

Dress to feel comfortable. T shirt and leggings/shorts will work well. For hygiene reasons we do recommend that you wear socks.

How many sessions does it take to start feeling a difference?

The change starts right away so we expect you to start feel better after just a single session. It goes without saying that the more you practice, the more you’ll achieve.

What does exercise help with?

exercise will help your general fitness and well-being. Its aim is to both prevent and eliminate musculoskeletal pain by restoring your body to its full functionality and most efficient state. In this way, it’s known to help reduce pain in the lower back or spine caused by repetitive strain injury, sciatica, multiple sclerosis, osteoporosis, and rheumatoid arthritis.

Does exercise burn calories?

exercise uses your body’s natural movement to help you tone and sculpt your muscles. It keeps your body active and toned while burning calories.

What’s the difference between the and the methods?

Whereas exercise is practised with equipment, exersize is practised on a mat and chair without equipment – which means it can be easily practiced at home by taking virtual classes with a licensed Trainer.

What’s the difference between exercise and yoga?

There are some similarities as the method uses some of the movements that are typical in yoga. However, while Yoga requires moving from one static posture to the next, exercise is a series of dynamic flowing movements aided by resistance equipment.

Do you train others to be instructors?

Yes. I am a qualified pre-trainer. If you would like to become a teacher, do get in touch. I’d love to help.

I have restricted movement or pain. Will exercises work for me?

In short, yes! exercises can be adapted to fit anyone’s ability whether you’re recovering from injury or living with a disability. We’re here to help – give us a call so we can discuss your goals and requirements.

Exercise that makes you and your body happy.
